Terms and Conditions
At Sherwood Hotel we keep everything simple. So we ask guests to respect our few simple terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policies
A deposit of 1 night stay is required to secure your booking and in non-refundable.
If cancelled on day of arrival and for a no-show the total amount of the reservation will remain payable.
Cancellation and holiday insurance cover is widely available to protect you from such eventualities.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm until 7.00 pm. This is our latest check-in time – we do not have a night porter. If you are expected to arrive after 7.00pm please inform us of your expected arrival so we can make arrangements for you. Earlier check-in is possible but please arrange this prior to arrival. On arrival you will be issued with a room key and a front door key so return to the guesthouse is possible at any time. We ask you to respect other guests and to be quiet when returning late at night. Latest Check-out is 10.30 am
Car Parking
At Sherwood Hotel we have limited free parking available. Car crime is a problem in all major cities, so don’t give thieves the opportunity to spoil your stay in Skegness.
Children
We welcome all children of any age accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Deposits
A deposit of the 1st night stay is required to secure your reservation.
Non-Smoking
It is against the Law to smoke in our premises. We are a strictly Non-Smoking indoors Hotel. All rooms are fitted with sensitive smoke detectors smoking will activate the alarm systems. Any person found to be smoking indoors will again be asked to leave and subject to the full cost of the reservation. A cleaning charge £50.00 will become payable to any guest found smoking in The Sherwood Hotel and will be added to your final account.
Pet Friendly
Unfortunately The Sherwood Hotel is unable to cater for pets.
Parties
We are a small, friendly and quiet guesthouse and the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests is important to us. Therefore we respectfully decline to accept any Hen or Stag parties in our premises.

We accept payments with Cash Stirling and most major Credit Cards including Visa MasterCard and Debit Cards. Personal and Company cheques accepted by prior arrangement and subject to normal clearance times.
